Payment Options

 


 

The District offers a number of options to make paying your bill easy and convenient, including pay by mail, in person, online, pay by phone, pay by email or text, bank auto draft, and auto pay. By Mail – When mailing your payment, please remember to include the payment stub. Payment mailing address:

Bill pay checks issued through a bank will be processed within 2 business days for most major banks. Water account number must be properly displayed on the check for payment processing.  Properly formatted account numbers must contain nine numerical digits and two dashes/hyphens (00-00000-00).

In Person- You may pay your water bill at the District office between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. located at:

 Payment cut-off time is 4:30 p.m. Payments made after 4:30 p.m. will be credited to the account the next business day. You may drop your check payment through the night drop located on the left-hand side of the front door.

 Online- You can access your account by going here and either create an account or make a onetime credit card payment using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American express, PayPal, Venmo, Amazon pay, or Google Pay. Please note you will need to know your account number.

 If your account is scheduled for termination, please contact customer service to ensure prompt credit to your account and avoid any interruption of service. Click hereto access the online payment portal.

 Please note payments made before 4:30 p.m. pacific will be posted the next business day and payments made after 4:30 p.m. pacific time will be posted within two business days.

 Pay by Phone- Telephone payments can be made 24/7 using the automated pay by phone option by calling the District Office at (805) 649-2251 extension 2 during business hours or directly to (833) 425-1794 after 4:30 p.m.

 By Email or Text- Pay by email or text by registering online. Once enrolled, you will have the option to receive Bill Summary Notifications by email or text and pay at your convenience.

 Bank Auto Draft- The District offers a bank auto draft program, which automatically pays your monthly water bill by debiting your checking account.

 To enroll in monthly bank auto draft using your checking account, complete the application here.  Submit completed application in person, by mail, or email at customerservice@casitaswater.com along with a voided check or printed letter from your bank showing the account holder name, routing, and account number. Deposit slips are not acceptable. 

Auto draft payments will be scheduled to be debited from your bank account the third Friday of the month. 

 Once enrolled in bank auto draft, your billing/electronic statement will reflect “BANK DRAFT- (DATE)" on the payment coupon at the bottom of the page. 

 Auto Pay- The District offers an auto pay program, which allows you to schedule recurring payments using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American express, PayPal, Venmo, Amazon pay, or Google Pay account.

 To enroll in the auto pay program create an account by going here and follow the prompts to set up auto pay.  Please note you will need to know your account number. To avoid late fees it is recommend payments be scheduled between the 1st and the 25th of the month.

If you are currently enrolled in Auto Draft and wish to sign up for Auto Pay using your credit card, please contact or email our office to cancel Auto Draft service to avoid a double payment on your account. To cancel Auto Draft service please complete the Request to Cancel Auto-Draft form and email to customerservice@casitaswater.com or drop off in person between 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
